JUST FOLLOW INSTRUCTION :

Step 1: You have to Download BLUESTACK (DOWNLOAD FROM HERE)  Or BlueStack.com

Step 2: you have to install the Bluestack Installer it then donwload the runtime environment

Step 3: Now you are done with Bluestack

you see whatsapp in this snapshot because i already install it you are not 

Step 4: There is a App Search in this where you just write Whats app and download it from any store google play or other store and install it

You are almost to complete the installation and when installation complete
you can use whats app
